About CNAPP
The Council of Neighborhood Presidents of Pensacola (CNAPP) is a platform for sharing news and information about Pensacola’s neighborhoods. CNAPP provides resources that help neighborhoods connect, collaborate, and grow together. You’ll find practical guides on how to organize and unify your neighborhood, establish bylaws, contact City officials, and engage with civic and community leaders—all just a click away. We share inspiring stories and photographs, ideas to spark your interest, and we welcome your contributions. CNAPP exists not only to share knowledge but also to learn from your experiences.

Upcoming Schedule
This calendar shows upcoming CNAPP meetings and events. Use the drop-down menu in the upper right corner to change how the calendar is displayed. Selecting “Schedule” will show a simple list of upcoming events, while other views such as “Week” or “Month” display the events on a calendar grid.
Contact Information
Membership
Any neighborhood association within the City of Pensacola is eligible to join CNAPP. Interested associations must submit bylaws including geographical boundaries and open membership to all adults residing within those boundaries. Neighborhood association information for membership can be submitted to info@cnappenscola.org.
CNAPP has an annual membership fee of $25, member associations are asked to submit the Annual Renewal Invoice with their payment by January 23, 2026.

Articles of Incorporation
CNAPP, Inc. filed its Articles of Incorporation electronically on April 10, 2019, which became effective on April 15, 2019. The filing was confirmed by the State of Florida under document number N19000004078
